At Kabat & Associates "K2" Physical Therapy we find profound satisfaction in providing an environment to assist individuals in conquering their physical challenges and achieving their dreams.
History
As a husband and wife team, Sam and Jodi Kabat (Physical Therapists) established Kabat & Associates "K2" Physical Therapy as a result of their desire to take responsibility and conrol of providing an appropriate level of care to patients without the strong influences of large corporate restrictions. As the result of the communities growing appreciation of their services and a warm reception from the local medical community, additional staff and professionals have joined the team and share the same patient care mentality.
Our Physical Therapy clinic is conveniently located next to the Antioch / Brentwood border (Very quick access from Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Pittsburg, Knightsen, Bethel Island, and Rio Vista). We deliver a personalized treatment approach which encompasses a comprehensive assessment, hands on care, exercise reinforcement, therapeutic modalities, and education for greater understanding and longer term results.
